Do you plan on making a 2017 resolution?

IF SO, you need a [realistic] plan of action! <<< THIS (lack of) IS what’s HOLDING YOU BACK!!!

Which brings me back to that seemingly positive outlook from yesterday's IG and FB posts:

“It’s a new year, and this time I'm actually going to follow through with my resolution!”

Without a plan of action, this outlook is unrealistic & far fetched, and actually sets you up for failure, rather than success!

Wanting and hoping, will only you get you so far… you need a plan
