I wanted to share my "move of the day" on this #workout wednesday...
Wall sits are a great way to work those legs and really feel the burn, without expending a lot of energy! These are a great low-impact option, that will really wake your legs up!
Today, I took my wall-sit up a notch, and added a bosu! The bosu really adds an extra challenge and burn! Not to mention, the bosu adds a balance & core component - 2 for 1!!! :)
Remember, when doing either option, make sure to keep your knees directly over your ankles. You don't want your knees past your ankles or over your toes - otherwise, your working on hyperextension, which you don't want! You also want to keep your core tight and back against the wall!
