Growing up I was very active — I rowed, played lacrosse, volleyball, softball, soccer... you name it! However, I also went through a period of time where I struggled with motivation, poor eating habits and poor body image, which left me struggling with depression & anxiety. I have worked hard to overcome those things, and in the process discovered my passion for fitness, which helped me reclaim my health (physical & mental)!
Being a Certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor, allows me to pay it forward, and help others overcome struggles & reclaim their health (as I did), which also fulfills my other passion — helping people! I am blessed to have found my true calling, as a fitness professional!

Courtney is just what I needed! I love to workout but after becoming a mom I found it challenging to incorporate consistent exercise into my schedule. Courtney is very personable, and tailors a personal training session to meet your physical needs and goals, and your ability levels. Don't get me wrong, she pushes you, but it's all good! Courtney provides a variety of exercises in different combinations to keep each session from being routine.
